Through community partnerships, Youth Connection aspires to be the model intervention program to prevent juvenile delinquency.
We believe all youth can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
Our Objectives
Youth Connection will serve youth who are identified to be “at-risk” of entering the juvenile justice system with a focus on early intervention.
Youth Connection will seek referrals from law enforcement, community agencies, and educators to identify at-risk youth.
Youth Connection will partner with government agencies, community groups, and the private sector to provide funding for services to achieve pro-social behavior.
Youth Connection will connect youth with community services to meet educational, physical, and emotional needs.
